Delivers financial literacy training sessions for the MF group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective engagement.
Facilitate the engagement of clients to ensure their full involvement in the training sessions.
Responsible for accurately maintaining and regularly updating the attendance register for all training participants.
Prepare and maintain meticulous records of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the approved training session schedules.
Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports for all MF training groups, ensuring accurate documentation of participant attendance.
• Contact trained clients to provide technical assistance in implementing the knowledge acquired during the training sessions.
Consistently uphold and enforce service quality excellence across all operational levels by implementing industry-leading best practices and standards.
