Job Summary

The Sales Executive will spearhead market growth and operational excellence for biscuit brands in Togo by collaborating closely with the current importer and distributor to guarantee robust product availability, strong brand visibility, and a competitive market stance.

Collaborate closely with the importer to optimize the efficiency of last-mile distribution processes.

• Maintain consistent product availability in critical retail channels, including wholesalers, supermarkets, and kiosks.

Diligently track inventory quantities to ensure optimal stock levels, promptly address any shortages, and oversee the replenishment process to maintain supply continuity.

Maintain optimal merchandising standards and enhance product visibility to drive customer engagement and sales.

Devise and execute promotional strategies and in-store engagement initiatives to drive consumer interest and boost sales performance.

Monitor progress to ensure alignment between execution and the established plan.

Gather competitive intelligence regarding pricing strategies, promotional activities, and recent product or service launches from rival companies to inform strategic decision-making.

• Provide structured market reports (weekly/monthly).

• Experience gained within a multinational enterprise or a prominent local/regional Fast-Moving Consumer Goods organization.
