Job Summary
We are currently in search of a Sales Officer proficient in the marketing, promotion, and distribution of specialized dairy and refrigerated products to a diverse clientele, including hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pizzerias, caterers, and schools.
Key Responsibilities
• Position: Located in Kumasi, the role focuses on overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 15 staff members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in operations management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record of improving efficiency and driving growth within similar industries.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to boost revenue for dairy and refrigerated product lines.
Demonstrate products to customers and actively engage with them to drive sales and enhance their understanding of key features.
• Foster and sustain robust customer relationships through consistent engagement and exceptional service.
Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities by expanding the customer base through targeted outreach and strategic engagement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficiency in configuring and managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, is essential. Familiarity with security protocols such as VPN, SSL, and IPsec is also required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues are crucial. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams are a must. Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST, is preferred.
A minimum of a diploma or equivalent higher educational qualification is required.
