JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan and craft dynamic Montessori-inspired instructional sessions, ensuring each lesson is thoughtfully structured and delivered to captivate students while maintaining alignment with Montessori principles and methodologies.
Craft a secure, supportive, and engaging learning environment that fosters growth and development.
We assist in fostering children’s growth across academic, social, and emotional domains, helping them achieve key developmental milestones.
Develop engaging educational resources and dynamic classroom exercises to facilitate effective learning.
Maintain open, proactive communication with parents and guardians to ensure alignment on student progress and address any concerns promptly.
Monitor and evaluate learners’ performance to track their academic and developmental progress systematically.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in [specific skills, e.g., project management, data analysis, or software proficiency]. Strong communication abilities are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving skills and adaptability are highly valued to address dynamic challenges. A minimum of a Senior High School certificate or a diploma/degree in Education or a related discipline is required.
Montessori certification or relevant training is required for this position.
Preferred candidates will have prior teaching experience.
