Organize and facilitate bi-weekly meetings with AIM savings groups.
Responsibilities include gathering savings deposits from AIM participants.
Ensure meticulous documentation of every savings transaction, accurately capturing details in both passbook records and digital platforms, including the DFA system.
Accurately document member savings, attendance, and participation records to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
Deposits of collected savings must be submitted to the branch office in accordance with established organizational protocols.
Ensure cash is handled and transported safely in full compliance with established organizational policies and procedures.
Develop meaningful connections with AIM participants while fostering consistent savings behaviors.

Provide assistance in conducting Financial Literacy Training sessions as needed.

Eligible participants will undergo preparation to facilitate their transition into Microfinance groups following the completion of the 18-month savings cycle.
Facilitate the evaluation and integration of loan-eligible participants into the program.
Compiles and delivers comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering key metrics, operational data, and performance indicators to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Compiles and manages savings contributions from participants through various channels, ensuring accurate recording and allocation of funds. Maintains meticulous documentation of all transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, to guarantee transparency and compliance with financial regulations. Verifies the completeness and accuracy of collected savings against predetermined schedules, promptly addressing any discrepancies. Credit officers will input all loan-related information, including loan applications and guarantor details from DP Notes, into the digital system.
After confirming the loan application details, establish a disbursement date and promptly notify the member of the decision.
You must physically attend on disbursement day and actively engage in the disbursement process to ensure its accurate and timely completion.
The credit officer is required to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings and must guarantee the complete recovery of all loan installments.
Deposited collected funds to the Branch Accountant while accurately recording the amount in the Deposit Control Register (DCR) and affixing my signature as confirmation.
Any installment not paid during the morning group meeting must be collected afterward through home visits to borrowers or their small group leaders.
In the afternoon, begin the process of collecting any overdue payments, including late and non-interest-bearing installments, as well as current overdue balances.
Should clients previously written off express interest in returning, initiate the loan recovery process to facilitate their reintegration as BRAD clients.
