• Assists the Regional Team Manager in fulfilling service level agreements established between the Organization and customers regarding fixed access service delivery and maintenance.

Provides assistance in executing intricate installations as needed, emphasizing the adoption of state-of-the-art digital and IP technologies.

Actively collects and responds to feedback from fixed access network customers, promptly escalating issues to the Regional Team Manager for expedited resolution.

Supports the testing and configuration of end-user devices, including line drivers, modems, routers, and other customer-end equipment.
