Warehouse Loaders are responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. They operate and maintain material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, adhering to all safety protocols. Additionally, they verify shipment contents against order documentation, report any discrepancies, and assist in inventory tracking. Strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Prior experience in warehouse operations or a related field is preferred, along with a valid forklift certification where applicable.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, LOOKUP, and macros. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are mandatory, along with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Project management expertise and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
