Oversee the full spectrum of core duties, including managing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accountability. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation. Collaborate cross-functionally to align departmental objectives with organizational goals, fostering a cohesive and results-driven environment. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Location: Community 12 in Team

Drive wholesale and retail sales of used vehicles in Accra, Team, and surrounding regions to meet established sales targets.

• Market Insight & Evaluation: Maintain a strong grasp of the used car market by thoroughly analyzing market trends, vehicle valuations, and consumer preferences to ensure informed decision-making.

Demonstrate exceptional client relationship management by cultivating, nurturing, and growing connections with local automotive dealers, wholesalers, and private customers to strengthen brand credibility and foster long-term loyalty.

Candidates must possess a comprehensive grasp of industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence to legal and corporate requirements. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is essential for evaluating performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Remuneration
