JOB DESCRIPTION:
Delivers the specified Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators in alignment with the defined service schedules within the designated zone.
Ensure all work executed by Power Vendors undergoes thorough audit oversight while actively pursuing ongoing enhancements to processes and outcomes.
Assists in executing the necessary project activities mandated by partners while adhering to the predetermined budget within the designated scope.
Drives ongoing enhancement projects and related actions, ensuring accountability for achieving the associated cost benefits within the designated area.
Assists in the management of the retained Operations delivery team within the designated zone, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety compliance standards across all operations.
Assists in overseeing and regulating the power requirements and operational demands of the retained exchanges within the designated zone.
Actively champions adherence to the Organization’s established codes of practice and any associated commitments.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Hold an accredited degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Demonstrated expertise with at least four to six years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications power industry.
• Possesses comprehensive expertise in telecommunications services, operational Key Performance Indicators, and associated processes, with a strong grasp of their impact on customer experiences.
Experienced with engineering principles and quality assurance benchmarks, coupled with exceptional troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and equipped with strong data analytics capabilities.
Required are robust analytical abilities, adept troubleshooting capabilities, and strong problem-solving expertise.
Possesses the meticulous attention to detail characteristic of a professional auditor, ensuring thorough examination and accuracy in all assessments.
Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a proven track record in stakeholder management, ensuring effective engagement and alignment across all levels.
