Job Summary

We are in search of an independent and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the identification of new business prospects, cultivate and sustain client partnerships, and propel revenue expansion. • Identify and Cultivate New Business Opportunities: Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential clients, then design and execute strategic outreach plans to engage them effectively. Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs, and skillfully negotiate terms to finalize mutually beneficial agreements.

• Fostering Client Relationships: Develop and sustain robust connections with current and potential clients to enhance satisfaction levels and cultivate long-term loyalty.

Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, assess customer needs, and evaluate the competitive landscape, providing critical insights to guide business development strategies.

• Developing Strategic Collaborations with Other Agencies or Organizations: Establish and facilitate partnerships that align with clients’ initiatives, industry associations, academic institutions, government ministries, international embassies, and non-governmental organizations to foster mutual growth and shared objectives.

Maintain precise documentation of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast data, ensuring timely distribution of updates to senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively monitor emerging industry trends, proven best practices, and innovative technologies to systematically elevate the company’s product and service portfolio, ensuring sustained market relevance and competitive advantage.
