The Tiler is tasked with installing and fitting tiles on various surfaces, including floors, walls, ceilings, and other areas, within residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, precisely cutting and placing tiles, and delivering a high-quality finish that meets the exact specifications of each project.
Oversee a comprehensive range of tasks encompassing daily operational activities, strategic planning, and team leadership to ensure seamless workflow execution and organizational objectives are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, facilitating clear communication and alignment between departments to enhance productivity and innovation. Prepare surfaces by ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned, evenly leveled, and, when required, coated with appropriate adhesives.
• Utilize both manual and power-operated tools to precisely cut and shape tiles according to project specifications.
Accurately lay tiles in strict adherence to the designated design patterns and specifications provided.
Apply grout meticulously while ensuring the precise finishing of tiled surfaces to achieve a flawless, professional-grade result.
Perform necessary repairs or replacements of damaged tiles as needed.
Deliver all work assignments in strict adherence to established project timelines and predefined quality benchmarks.
Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in optimal working condition through regular maintenance and upkeep.
