Job Summary
The Welder/Fabricator executes cutting, shaping, welding, and assembly of metal components and structures in strict accordance with provided technical drawings and specifications. This position requires operation of welding and fabrication machinery, adherence to stringent quality benchmarks, and rigorous compliance with safety protocols in both workshop and field environments.
Oversee a range of duties crucial to the department’s success, including strategic planning, team coordination, and performance tracking. Using specialized fabrication tools and equipment, metal materials are precisely cut, shaped, and assembled to meet project specifications. Accomplish welding tasks employing suitable welding methods and equipment to ensure precision and structural integrity.
Perform thorough examinations of welded assemblies and fabricated parts to verify compliance with quality standards and dimensional precision.
Repair damaged metal components and frameworks as needed.
Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment with strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations. Ensure all machinery is used correctly to prevent accidents and maintain optimal performance. Conduct routine inspections and servicing to uphold equipment functionality and longevity.
Deliver all tasks in strict adherence to the outlined project specifications and established deadlines to maintain quality and timeliness.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or its equivalent is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is preferred. Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS standards is mandatory. The ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities is required. Prior experience in financial reporting, auditing, or tax preparation is highly desirable. Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as SQL or Power BI, is a plus.
