Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and conduct comprehensive engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake system inspections, suspension alignments, and steering system adjustments to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and related attachments as required.
Diagnostic tools and service manuals are utilized to accurately detect issues and execute appropriate corrective measures.
Accurately document all repair activities, including parts utilized and time spent on labor, in detailed records.
Ensure strict adherence to all manufacturer specifications and safety standards in every aspect of the work performed.
Oversee the inventory of frequently utilized spare parts and provide guidance on reordering as needed.
Responsibilities include providing supervision and mentorship to junior mechanics or apprentices as needed.
Required Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
