Experienced professionals are sought to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy-duty vehicles such as Streak and How models, as well as earthmoving equipment including Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
We conduct preventive maintenance, perform engine overhauls, repair transmissions, service brake systems, inspect suspension components, and address steering system issues to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and associated attachments as required.
Leverage diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service manuals to accurately diagnose problems and execute appropriate corrective measures.
Ensure meticulous documentation of repair activities, including parts utilized and hours expended, to uphold precise records.
Ensure strict adherence to all manufacturer specifications and established safety standards in every aspect of the work performed.
Oversee the inventory of frequently utilized spare parts and provide guidance on reordering as needed.
You may be called upon to provide guidance and support to junior mechanics or apprentices, ensuring their professional development and assisting them as needed.
Skills required include the ability to analyze complex data sets, develop strategic insights, and communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, as well as advanced Excel skills, is essential. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. • Minimum of Technical/Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
Requires a minimum of three to five years of practical expertise with heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery from leading Chinese brands such as Shanty, Streak, How, or comparable manufacturers.
Proficient in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems is essential.
Proficient in operating diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and standard mechanic tools.
Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and service documentation in English is required.
Physically capable and expected to handle significant lifting tasks while operating effectively in both outdoor and workshop environments.
