• Perform comprehensive diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy-duty vehicles, including Sitrak and How models, as well as earthmoving equipment such as Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, conduct comprehensive engine overhauls, execute transmission repairs, service brake systems, and address suspension and steering-related issues.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and related attachments as required to maintain structural integrity and functionality.
Diagnostic tools and service manuals are utilized to accurately pinpoint issues, followed by the application of corrective measures to resolve them.
Record all repair activities, parts utilized, and time expended with precise documentation.
