• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy-duty vehicles, including Sitrak and How models, as well as earthmoving equipment such as Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and execute comprehensive engine overhauls, in addition to repairing transmission systems, brake assemblies, suspension components, and steering mechanisms.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and associated attachments as required to maintain structural integrity and operational functionality.
Employ diagnostic equipment and reference service manuals to accurately diagnose problems and execute necessary repairs.
Accurately document all repairs performed, including detailed records of parts utilized and labor hours expended.
Ensure strict adherence to all manufacturer guidelines and established safety protocols in every aspect of the work performed.
Oversee inventory levels of frequently utilized spare parts and provide guidance on reordering processes to ensure adequate stock availability.
Provide guidance and support to junior mechanics or apprentices as needed to foster their professional development.

• Possesses comprehensive expertise in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems.
Skilled in operating diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and conventional mechanic tools proficiently.
Demonstrates proficiency in interpreting technical diagrams and service manuals written in English.
Physically capable, with the ability to lift substantial components and perform duties in outdoor or workshop settings.
