We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Site & Operations Manager to supervise construction and project activities across our Accra-based sites. This position demands a dynamic professional with exceptional leadership capabilities, refined organizational expertise, and the capacity to efficiently manage competing priorities.

Oversee and execute a broad range of critical tasks, including strategic planning, operational coordination, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance across departments. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve key business objectives. Monitor progress through data analysis, performance metrics, and regular evaluations to ensure alignment with company goals. Proactively overseeing daily site operations to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Responsible for implementing and enforcing site policies, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and managing site budgets while optimizing resource allocation. Addresses operational challenges, resolves conflicts, and fosters a productive work environment to support organizational goals.

• Responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing materials and procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain operations. Requires proficiency in vendor negotiation, contract management, and inventory optimization to meet organizational needs. Duties include evaluating supplier performance, mitigating supply risks, and maintaining compliance with purchasing policies and regulations. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience in ERP systems and procurement software.

Supervise and guide a cohesive team of professionals to ensure peak performance and alignment with organizational goals. Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages productivity and professional growth. Monitor team progress, provide constructive feedback, and address any challenges to maintain high standards of work quality and efficiency.

As the Client Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Familiarity with project management tools and a commitment to continuous learning are also key requirements. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in site management, construction management, or a comparable discipline is required.

Hands-on involvement in construction or infrastructure initiatives within Ghana is essential, with a demonstrated preference for prior engagement in the Accra region.

Proven expertise in procurement methodologies, materials administration, and supplier relationship management is essential.

Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills, to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external clients.

Demonstrates proficiency in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings and project plans with precision and clarity.

Hold a valid driver’s license and be prepared to travel across multiple sites throughout Accra.

• A degree or HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
