Directly accountable for conducting audits of work performed by Power Vendors, with a focus on driving ongoing enhancements.
Assists in executing project activities mandated by partners, ensuring alignment with forecasted budget constraints within the specified region.
Assists in leading and advancing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring accountability for achieving associated cost benefits within the designated area.
Assists in overseeing the retained Operations delivery team within the designated zone to ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards across all areas.
Collaborates in overseeing and regulating the power needs and operational demands of the exchanges maintained within the designated area.
• Ensures strict adherence to the Organization’s codes of practice and any associated commitments.
Required qualifications include proficiency in data analysis, project management, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field—such as business administration, finance, or information technology—is mandatory, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Prior experience with CRM systems and familiarity with data visualization tools are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Earned a Degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• A minimum of four to six years of hands-on experience within the Telecom Power industry is required.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of telecommunication services, operational KPIs, and processes, along with a nuanced grasp of their direct impact on customer experiences.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of engineering principles and quality assurance standards, coupled with exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools, enabling effective data management, analysis, and reporting.
