Job Summary

Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead cross-functional teams by fostering a collaborative culture, delegating responsibilities effectively, and providing mentorship to drive professional growth and accountability. Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose data-driven solutions to optimize processes and achieve measurable outcomes. Serve as a key liaison between senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate transparent communication, align priorities, and resolve complex challenges proactively.

• Identify and engage potential candidates by conducting field visits, participating in job fairs, leveraging referrals, and initiating community outreach initiatives.

• Disseminate job opening announcements across strategically selected geographic areas to attract qualified candidates.

Perform preliminary evaluations and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the role.

Facilitate candidates through every stage of the application and onboarding workflows, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from initial submission to final integration.

Develop and oversee a comprehensive database to systematically track and manage potential candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely planning of candidate assessments.
