We seek a dynamic, quick-thinking individual to join our rapidly expanding bakery and drive growth in daily bread sales.

You will be responsible for helping us grow daily bread sales by working directly with customers, and communities.

Each day, you will work outdoors, actively engaged in field-based activities rather than remaining in an office setting.

Oversee the execution of key operational duties, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals and streamline processes. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.

Conduct in-home and on-site presentations to promote and sell bread products directly to consumers in their residences and professional environments.
