Job Summary
The Husky Machine Technician installs, operates, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs Husky injection molding machines within manufacturing settings. This position is tasked with optimizing machine performance, reducing downtime, and aiding in the achievement of production goals while upholding stringent quality and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
• Position based in Kumasi
Operate, maintain, and resolve technical issues with Husky injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Perform routine and remedial maintenance on machinery and associated auxiliary systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimize operational disruptions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify and resolve issues within mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ensure all machinery is correctly configured and prepared for production cycles, adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
Oversee machine operations to evaluate performance metrics, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing required modifications to maximize operational efficiency.
Ensure production interruptions are reduced by performing repairs and maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
To guarantee that products adhere to established quality standards.
Maintains thorough and accurate maintenance records and reports documenting all activities and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Adhere strictly to established safety protocols and company guidelines in all operational activities to ensure a secure work environment.
