Oversee the full spectrum of outsourced staff engagement initiatives, administer new hire orientation programs, and coordinate the exit process with precision.
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other HR-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Gather and validate employee information required for accurate payroll administration.
Handle employee inquiries regarding attendance issues, salary discrepancies, and other employee benefit payment concerns promptly and professionally.
To guarantee 100% accuracy of Ghana Card and SSN IT data for all employees, provide diligent support in maintaining and verifying their records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training, to develop and implement comprehensive HR solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Responsible for submitting scanned employment documents of client employees promptly on a monthly basis.
To maintain a competitive edge in the HR field, actively monitor industry trends and advancements in HR technologies, leveraging these insights to implement innovative solutions and adopt best practices.
To uphold accountability, compile and submit comprehensive weekly reports along with detailed monthly reports to management on a consistent basis.
