Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deadlines. • Sales & Business Development: Spearhead the expansion of wholesale and retail sales of pre-owned vehicles across Accra, Team, and surrounding regions, actively pursuing and exceeding established sales targets.

• Market Insight & Evaluation: Maintain a strong grasp of the used car market by consistently analyzing market trends, vehicle valuations, and evolving customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.

Build and sustain strong connections with local automotive dealerships, wholesalers, and private consumers to strengthen brand credibility and foster long-term partnerships.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in data analysis and presentation creation. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential for effectively conveying information to diverse audiences. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Experience with project management tools or software is a plus.
