Introduce customers to Honda’s complete vehicle lineup, which encompasses pickups, SUVs, light and heavy-duty trucks, as well as specialized machinery. Clearly communicate the distinct features, competitive pricing, and flexible financing solutions available for each model to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Proactively pursue leads generated by the marketing team and through personal business development initiatives, playing an active role in finalizing transactions and ensuring a smooth vehicle delivery process for customers.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and after-sales teams at the Team office to uphold exceptional customer satisfaction standards and foster repeat business opportunities.

Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and campaign initiatives.

• Facilitate the acquisition of heavy-duty vehicles, light-duty vehicles, SUVs, and industrial machinery for clients throughout Ghana.

Analyze evolving market dynamics and pinpoint pivotal opportunities to drive product and service innovation.

• Organize and facilitate client meetings, attentively identifying their needs, challenges, and preferences.

Craft and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations designed to engage and influence audiences.

Develop and prepare regular sales reports, projections, and evaluations by analyzing sales and financial data to generate actionable insights.

Serve as a company ambassador at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences, focusing primarily on the Greater Accra and Eastern regions, while accommodating occasional travel requirements.

Collect customer and prospect feedback and convey these insights to internal stakeholders in product, marketing, and service departments to facilitate ongoing enhancements.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in written and verbal communication to convey complex ideas effectively. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. A minimum of four years of professional experience in a Sales Executive or Marketing role is required, with a strong preference for candidates possessing industry-specific experience in the automobile sector.
