Oversee and execute a range of essential tasks and core obligations to ensure efficient operations and organizational success. The Community Relations Manager (CRM) will foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships between AURORAL and neighboring communities, ensuring a reliable workforce while establishing AURORAL as a sustainable and attractive employer for youth and women across its operational landscape.
