Job Summary

The Field Recruiter is tasked with identifying, evaluating, and engaging qualified candidates for open positions through proactive field initiatives, community involvement, and targeted outreach efforts. This position requires actively seeking out potential candidates, performing preliminary assessments, and facilitating the recruitment workflow to ensure hiring objectives are achieved.

Oversee a comprehensive range of core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Direct and coordinate activities across departments to optimize productivity, foster collaboration, and maintain alignment with company objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional initiatives, allocate resources judiciously, and monitor progress to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Serve as a pivotal liaison between senior management and workforce, facilitating transparent communication and cultivating a culture of accountability and innovation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

• Identify and engage potential candidates through on-site recruitment efforts, industry conferences, employee recommendations, and targeted community initiatives.

• Promote job openings in specific geographic areas to attract qualified candidates.

• Perform preliminary evaluations and interviews to assess applicants’ qualifications.

Provide support to candidates throughout the application and onboarding stages.

Develop and manage a comprehensive database of prospective candidates to ensure a robust talent pipeline.

Coordinate interview schedules in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure alignment and efficiency in the recruitment process.

To meet established hiring targets promptly, oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all goals are fulfilled within set timeframes.

Ensure recruitment documentation and reports are meticulously maintained and kept up to date.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field required. Minimum of five years of experience in software development, with at least two years in a leadership or mentorship role preferred. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams are essential.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

Professional candidates should possess prior experience in recruitment, sales, or field operations.
