• Working Conditions
The position is situated in a private home located in Accra, Ghana, where it functions as part of a two-chef team operating under a structured shift schedule that includes Sundays. The schedule of shifts and rest days will be allocated fairly and communicated to the candidate in advance. Adaptability is required during peak periods, special events, or when the household accommodates guests.
A monthly remuneration ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be offered, with compensation adjusted in accordance with your qualifications and professional background.
A thirteenth-month salary is provided, payable after completing one full year of satisfactory employment.
Each employee is entitled to three weeks, or fifteen working days, of paid annual leave annually.
