• Positions available in Spite, Team Comm 25, Hats, Baja, East Leon, and Lashing.
Experienced butcher required to prepare and process a variety of fresh meats, including beef, pork, poultry, and fish, ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong knife skills and the ability to break down whole animals into retail cuts with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities include trimming excess fat, portioning meat, and maintaining a clean, organized work area to support optimal workflow. Familiarity with inventory management, customer service, and the operation of meat processing equipment is advantageous. Compliance with health regulations and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Proven expertise in [specific skills, e.g., project management, data analysis, or software development] is essential. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
