• Working Conditions

This role is situated in a private residence located in Accra, Ghana, and involves collaboration within a two-chef team under a well-organized shift system, including Sundays. Shift schedules and rest days will be allocated fairly and communicated in advance. Adaptability is required during special occasions, events, or when the household is entertaining guests.

• Remuneration ranges from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 per month, determined by qualifications and professional experience.

A thirteenth-month salary is provided upon completion of one full year of satisfactory employment.

You will receive three weeks, equivalent to fifteen working days, of paid annual leave each year.

Accommodation will be provided either on-site or in proximity to the workplace.

Provides reimbursement for eligible out-of-pocket medical costs that arise while performing job duties.

The selected individual must provide a valid police clearance certificate and complete a medical examination before starting, with all expenses reimbursed by the employer.
