Oversee a range of critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, project execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational performance and maintain compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and drive innovation across departments. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, address challenges proactively, and implement corrective actions as needed. Operate, maintain, and perform troubleshooting on Husky injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Additionally, conduct routine inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and execute corrective repairs on machinery and associated auxiliary systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability.
Diagnose issues arising in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems efficiently and accurately.
Ensure all machinery is correctly configured and prepared for production runs to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
• Track machine operations to identify opportunities for enhanced productivity, implementing adjustments were required to optimize overall efficiency.
Proactively reduce production interruptions by executing prompt repairs and performing routine maintenance tasks to uphold equipment efficiency and reliability.
