Sales & Business Development: Spearhead the expansion of wholesale and retail sales of pre-owned vehicles across Accra, Team, and the surrounding regions to meet and exceed predetermined sales objectives.
• Market Intelligence & Assessment: Maintain a keen awareness of the used car sector, meticulously analyzing market dynamics, vehicle valuations, and consumer preferences.
• Client Relationship Development: Cultivate, sustain, and grow connections with regional automotive dealers, wholesale distributors, and private purchasers to strengthen brand credibility and foster long-term loyalty.
Required Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. Strong written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex information clearly, along with exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
