Background

Reporting Line

The Cleaner will report to the Administrative Officer or designated supervisor.

Responsibilities include performing routine floor maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in offices, hallways, and shared common areas.

• Maintain cleanliness by dusting and wiping furniture, fixtures, windows, and doors to ensure a polished and presentable environment.

• Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse properly

Clean and maintain restrooms to the highest hygiene standards by thoroughly sanitizing all surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas. Ensure restrooms are consistently stocked with essential toiletries and supplies, promptly addressing any shortages to uphold cleanliness and user convenience.

Perform comprehensive cleaning of kitchen and pantry spaces, ensuring all areas are sanitized and organized. Wash dishes, cups, and other utensils meticulously, as required, to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the workspace.

Any maintenance concerns, damages, or required supplies must be promptly reported to the supervisor for immediate attention and resolution.

Ensure strict adherence to established health and safety protocols when handling and utilizing cleaning chemicals.

Execute any additional cleaning-related tasks as assigned by management, ensuring all duties are completed in accordance with established protocols and standards.

The position requires a commitment of one day per week, with the specific day and time to be determined through mutual agreement during the hiring process.

Remuneration will be calculated pro rata according to the number of days worked, with the final salary and allowances subject to discussion during the interview process.
