Purpose Statement

Maintaining the operational integrity and safe functionality of mechanical systems—including pumps, compressors, tanks, valves, and pipelines—at the LPG tank farm in Ghana is the primary responsibility. Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards set by the EPA Ghana, Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), and the Department of Factories Inspectorate is also critical to this role.

Key Deliverables

Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment. Conduct performance appraisals, cost assessments, vendor nominations, and approval justifications, while also overseeing work execution in alignment with established quality and volume standards.

Conduct routine equipment inspections on a daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and annual basis to uphold operational standards. Implement and oversee both in-house and outsourced preventive maintenance strategies to minimize overall equipment breakdown maintenance expenses.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.
