• Responsible for accepting incoming products and conducting thorough verification of specifications and quantities to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Responsibilities include packaging items for shipment to customers or transferring them to other warehouse locations.
Ensures products are organized methodically to facilitate quick identification and retrieval.
Coordinates loading and unloading operations with strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure the efficient and secure movement of goods.
Accurately maintains stock records and generates detailed inventory reports to ensure precise tracking of stock levels and availability.
Conducts thorough examinations of products to identify any signs of damage, leakage, or expiration concerns.
Conducts routine stock counts and performs reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in inventory records.
Compiles weekly warehouse reports to track inventory levels, shipments, and operational metrics.
Maintains a clean, organized, and pest-free warehouse environment.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Required competencies include demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable role is mandatory, along with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks, as well as data analysis techniques, is advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a closely related discipline is required.
Requires 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse environments, with a preference for roles within agrochemical warehousing operations.
Skilled in inventory management and stock control practices.
Accomplished in efficiently managing time, organizing tasks, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Experienced in utilizing enterprise resource planning platforms, such as SAP, for operational and analytical tasks.
