Oversee core duties encompassing strategic planning, project execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are consistently met. Ensure that all HR documents, including employment contracts, renewals, letters, and memos, are issued promptly and in accordance with established deadlines.
Maintain meticulous and current employee records, encompassing contracts, personnel files, and all HR-related documentation.
Oversee all outsourced staff engagement initiatives, administer new hire orientation programs, and facilitate seamless exit procedures.
Address all staff inquiries regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other related HR matters promptly and professionally.
Gather and authenticate employee information essential for accurate payroll calculations.
Handle employee inquiries regarding attendance discrepancies, salary issues, and other benefits-related payments promptly and professionally.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data for all staff by verifying and maintaining 100% coverage of Ghana Card and SSN IT information.
Collaborate with various internal departments, including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training, to develop comprehensive HR solutions tailored to client requirements.

To uphold accountability, compile and submit comprehensive weekly reports as well as detailed monthly reports to senior management in a timely manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
– Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ as demonstrated through prior work or academic projects.
– Extensive experience with SQL databases, along with expertise in query optimization and schema design.
– Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including experience with serverless architectures.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on debugging complex issues and implementing efficient solutions.
– Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.

Qualifications
