JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist with recruitment initiatives by drafting job postings, organizing interview schedules, and managing all communications with candidates.

Responsibilities include overseeing the administration and accuracy of employee records, files, and HR databases, ensuring they are consistently maintained and updated as required.

Provide assistance with the integration and acclimation process for newly hired staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and the organization.

Draft, review, and issue various HR correspondence, including formal warnings, appointment confirmative, termination notices, and interdepartmental memos.

Provide support in tracking attendance records, managing leave documentation, and maintaining accurate timesheets.

Provide assistance with HR audits, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain accurate documentation processes.

• Address employee inquiries promptly and deliver constructive feedback in a timely manner.

Support the coordination of training initiatives and performance evaluation processes.

Compiles and presents comprehensive HR reports tailored for management review, ensuring data accuracy and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.

Handle all additional HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex data and develop effective solutions. Proficiency in relevant software tools, including advanced Excel and industry-specific platforms, is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Attention to detail and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are critical. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to evolving technologies is necessary. A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely aligned discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with one to three years of proven experience in human resources or administrative positions.

Proficiency in human resources protocols and employment legislation is considered beneficial.

Proven expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
