JOB DESCRIPTION:
We seek a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our rapidly expanding bakery, with the goal of significantly boosting our daily bread sales.
You will collaborate with customers and communities to drive the expansion of daily bread sales.
Daily fieldwork is an essential component of this role, with expectations to conduct assignments outside a traditional office environment each day.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with established timelines and quality standards. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder communications, and mitigating risks to achieve project objectives efficiently. Key duties include developing and implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring progress through regular assessments, and providing detailed reports to leadership to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct in-home and workplace visits to promote and sell bread products, engaging with potential customers to highlight product features and benefits while driving sales.
Develop and nurture a robust base of daily customers within our operational regions by fostering consistent engagement and satisfaction.
• Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supervising both sales and delivery personnel to ensure operational efficiency and team performance meet established targets.
Guide and instruct your team in effective sales techniques and customer service best practices for bread products to enhance team performance and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Ensure daily sales targets experience consistent upward growth.
Compiles and submits daily sales figures along with customer growth metrics for review.
Assist customers in navigating the pre-order system for bread to ensure timely ordering.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary within the range of GHS 1,000 to GHS 1,500.
