Renewable for a six-month period, the contract is initially set for a duration of six months.

• The Project Manager for the VIS GHANA initiative serves as the designated referee for all related inquiries and communications.

Coordinate and oversee on-site project execution, guaranteeing that all tasks are completed in alignment with the approved activity schedule.

• Perform routine data collection and analysis to monitor project progress.

Coordinate communication channels and promote the exchange of information among the project team, collaborating partners, and community-level beneficiaries to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project execution.

• Compile monthly and operational reports, providing consistent updates on ongoing activities and multidisciplinary evaluations.

Collaborate with diverse community stakeholders and engage them actively to secure the full participation of community leaders, representatives, and local government officials in the project’s implementation and enhancement efforts.

• Provide comprehensive oversight of the scholarship program’s logistics, which encompasses the coordination of application procedures, correspondence with recipients, and administration of all associated documentation.

Monitor daily expenditures, compile the necessary supporting documentation, and submit all expense-related records to the administrative office in a timely manner.

Oversee procurement activities in the field by assessing requirements, selecting appropriate vendors, securing competitive quotes, and verifying adherence to established organizational policies and procedures.

• The incumbent may be required to undertake additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager to ensure the organization’s service standards are met.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
