About the Role

We are in search of an organized and meticulous Facilities Manager to oversee the seamless management, upkeep, and operation of facilities across our corporate network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company properties are maintained in a secure, operational, functional, and sanitary condition.

To ensure seamless business operations, the infrastructure must be consistently maintained and optimized.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including strategic planning, project management, and team leadership, to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align initiatives, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements across departments. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational excellence and compliance with industry standards. Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and maximize productivity while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Serve as a liaison between executives and frontline teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and execution of strategic objectives. Additionally, mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate high-performing talent.

• Oversee and manage the upkeep and repair of company facilities while ensuring the seamless operation of essential services.

Perform regular inspections to detect maintenance and service requirements, ensuring prompt resolution of identified issues.

You will collaborate with contractors, clients, and service providers to uphold and deliver exceptional service standards.

Monitor utility consumption and promptly escalate any anomalies or deviations from expected patterns to ensure efficient resource management.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities include documenting facility maintenance activities, tracking assets, and managing service contracts comprehensively.

• Support office relocations, renovations, and facility improvement projects.

• Monitor the cleanliness and general condition of company premises.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field.

A minimum of four years of professional experience in facilities management, property management, administration, or an equivalent field is required.

• Knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety standards, and facility operations.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and a capacity for effective problem resolution.

• Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal competencies.
