• Working Conditions

The position is situated in a private household in Accra, Ghana, with responsibilities shared among a two-chef team under a defined shift schedule that includes Sundays. The roster and rest days are allocated equitably and provided in advance. Adaptability is required during peak periods, special functions, or when the household accommodates guests.

A competitive monthly compensation package ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, with the final amount determined by the candidate’s qualifications and professional background.

A full year of successful employment culminates in the disbursement of a 13th-month salary.

You will receive three weeks, totaling 15 working days, of fully paid annual leave each year.

Accommodations are available either on-site or in proximity to the workplace.
