We are in search of an experienced and innovative Chef to craft exceptional meals while upholding rigorous kitchen hygiene and delivering outstanding food presentation and flavor.

Oversee and execute essential duties, including managing daily operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering communication and cooperation to achieve collective objectives. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold accountability.

Craft meals in strict adherence to established company guidelines, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and taste across all culinary preparations.

• Develop menus and coordinate food preparation schedules to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen consistently.

Monitor food inventory levels and promptly notify management of any shortages encountered.

Properly store all food items and ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.

Ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required skills include proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, along with strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Technical expertise in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Python, or Tableau, is essential, alongside the capacity to troubleshoot and optimize system performance. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are necessary to interpret financial data, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.

Candidates must possess a Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Cookery, complemented by a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in a hotel setting for Diploma holders, and five years for those with an HND qualification.

A minimum of three years of experience as a Chef or five years in the role of a Chef de Partie is required.

A demonstrated track record in culinary leadership, either as a Chef or Cook, is essential for this role.

Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen management practices, with a solid understanding of operational workflows and culinary standards.
