• Working Conditions
This position is situated within a private household in Accra, Ghana, and involves working alongside a team of two chefs under a defined shift schedule, including Sundays. The roster and time off will be allocated equitably and disclosed in advance. Adaptability is required during holidays, special gatherings, or when the family hosts visitors.
A competitive monthly salary ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be offered, with compensation determined by the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience.
A thirteenth-month salary, disbursed after completing a full year of satisfactory employment, is provided.
You will receive 15 working days of paid annual leave annually, totaling three weeks.
