• Working Conditions

This role is situated in a private household located in Accra, Ghana. The position functions within a two-chef team operating under a structured shift schedule, which encompasses Sundays. Shift allocations and rest days will be distributed fairly and communicated to the team in advance. Adaptability is required during special occasions, events, or when the household accommodates guests.

A competitive monthly salary ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, contingent upon your qualifications and years of relevant experience.

A thirteenth-month salary will be provided after completing one full year of employment, contingent upon satisfactory performance throughout the year.

You will receive three weeks, or fifteen working days, of paid annual leave annually.

Accommodations are available either on-site or in proximity to the workplace.

Minor medical expenses incurred during employment will be reimbursed.
