About the Role

Oversee the procurement, inventory management, and allocation of kitchen supplies and groceries in a cost-effective manner, ensuring strict adherence to the household’s allocated food budget.

• Working Conditions

This position is situated in a private home located in Accra, Ghana, where the culinary team consists of two chefs working in a coordinated shift system, including Sundays. The schedule, including shifts and rest days, is organized equitably and shared well ahead of time. Adaptability is essential during peak periods, special functions, or when entertaining guests.

A monthly remuneration ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, with the exact amount determined by the candidate’s qualifications and professional background.

A thirteenth-month salary is provided upon completion of one full year of satisfactory employment.

You will receive three weeks, equivalent to 15 working days, of paid annual leave each year.

Accommodations are available either on-site or in proximity to the workplace.
