Position Summary

IPA is currently recruiting skilled enumerators to perform face-to-face surveys with household residents. This position entails residing and working within the four specified regions.

The Enumerators will gather information by carrying out face-to-face surveys with adult residents in the designated areas.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational growth and innovation. Monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, summarizing key findings and recommendations. Coordinate cross-functional projects, aligning resources and timelines for successful execution. Address and resolve escalated issues promptly to maintain operational continuity.

The position requires a Quality Associate or other Individual Practitioner Assignments (IPA) staff member to ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, documenting findings, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a closely related field is preferred, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold organizational excellence.

Operating in the Upper West Region, this position involves serving within the following districts: Daffiama-Aussie-Issa, Jira pa, Lambussie-Kari, Laura, Nadowli-Kale, Random, Missal East, Missal West, Wei East, Wei Municipal, and Wei West.

• Language Requirement: Proficiency in Dagmar, Prior, Missal, and Waal is required.

The Upper East Region encompasses the following districts: Baku West, Binder, Bongo, Builsa North, Built South, Gary, Nab dam, USIA, Talent, and Temple.

• Proficient command of Kushal, Russia, Grunt/Freight, Bulk, Taken/NAD, and Namur is required.

• Savannah District (Bole, North Gonna, Sawley Tuna Alba)

Language Requirements: Fluency in Prior, Dagmar, Gonna, and Waal is essential for this position.

• Responsibilities include serving the districts of Bunkpurugu, Charon, East Campus, Mamprugu, Madurai, West Campus, and Runyon-Nasuan in the North East region.

Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is required: Bimodal, Chekov, Likpakpanl, or Campus.

We are seeking a candidate to commence employment on June 2, 2026.

Conduct surveys within designated communities to gather essential data and insights.

• During the survey period, as required, reside within designated districts or at field stations.

Ensure strict compliance with all protocols established for IPA surveys and data management.

Duties may include completing additional tasks and responsibilities pertaining to the project that are assigned by management as needed.

Required Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of project management principles. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and data analysis platforms. A strong command of written and verbal communication is required, with fluency in at least two languages from the following: Ampoule, Bimodal, Likpakpanl, Prior, Dagmar, Whale, Gonna, Kushal, Bulk, Guru (Talent), Sisal, Anjou, Choose, Habit, Bissau, (suggestion limit reached), or (suggestion limit reached). The ability to accurately translate questionnaires into these languages or combinations thereof is essential.

Willingness to travel and work in rural or isolated areas is essential for this role.

An aptitude test and interviews will be conducted for externally shortlisted candidates.

Top performers in the surveyor training program will be given priority consideration for full-time positions and potential advancement into leadership roles.

Residency within the specified region or districts is strongly encouraged.
