The Digital Marketing and Analytics Strategist serves as the analytical cornerstone of the team, leveraging data to assess the effectiveness of content strategies. While colleagues focus on content creation and dissemination, you evaluate performance, discerning which initiatives are fueling growth and which are falling short. Your role involves translating these insights into actionable recommendations to guide the team’s efforts. Additionally, you oversee the ministry’s Facebook monetization recovery initiative and are tasked with optimizing all available digital revenue opportunities for the ministry.

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead platform analytics on all major social media channels, with a primary focus on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. Compile and analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics, identify key trends, and generate insightful digital reports for leadership review.

Monthly, maintain and update the organizational Reporting Dashboard, guaranteeing the timely and accurate entry of all digital metrics.

Spearhead digital monetization initiatives by overseeing escalation support, streamlining payout verification procedures, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and delivering weekly progress reports.

Develop and oversee strategic initiatives to expand audience reach across various platforms, encompassing comprehensive campaign planning, targeted post-boosting tactics, and seamless collaboration with the Creative Director to produce content optimized for growth.

Oversee the website by ensuring technical updates are implemented, uploading sermons weekly, and maintaining event pages.

Monitor the digital environment to track the activities of other faith-based organizations and ministry pages, identifying key insights and potential opportunities to present to the Creative Director.

Provide assistance in executing marketing and digital launches, as well as subsequent enrollment campaigns, with a focus on digital acquisition strategies. Monitor and analyze conversion rates from social media efforts to actual enrollments to assess campaign effectiveness.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

What You Bring

Seeking candidates with at least three years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media analytics, or growth strategy development.

You possess robust analytical abilities alongside confidence in handling data, enabling you to efficiently retrieve a Meta Business Suite export, construct a concise summary using Google Sheets, and deliver those insights in a clear, accessible manner to stakeholders without a technical background.

• Proficient in leveraging Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and YouTube Studio for content management and analytics.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics is required.

• Understanding of Facebook’s monetization infrastructure, Creator Studio, Partner Monetization Policies, payout configuration, is a significant advantage given the live workstream.

Proficient in managing basic website operations using WordPress or a comparable content management system (CMS), with a focus on content updates and page administration rather than development.

Strategic thinking, paired with technical proficiency, is essential in this position, which demands more than mere data reporting—it requires insightful analysis and informed recommendations for action.
