Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates for the roles of Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives within its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These positions are available at the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as within the Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Applicants must meet the specified qualifications, possess relevant experience, and will be offered competitive remuneration packages.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role, with a strong background in project management and team leadership. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered. Familiarity with budgeting, strategic planning, and stakeholder management is highly desirable. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is critical.

We offer competitive commissions for both broker-acquired and direct new business, with a 5% commission on premiums for broker-sourced customers and a 10% commission for customers acquired directly. Additionally, the role includes a SIM card with a monthly airtime and data allocation.
• You will receive a monthly allowance of GHC 1,500 along with a company-funded welfare insurance coverage.
Recommended any additional tasks as directed by the General Manager.
A competitive monthly stipend of GHC 1,500 is provided.
As part of this position, employees receive a monthly phone credit of GHC 40 to support communication needs.
