Duty station for this position is located in Accra.

• Verify daily attendance records, track client visits, and monitor staff movements within the business premises.

Conduct comprehensive market evaluations to identify promising entrepreneurs, followed by on-site assessments at both their business premises and residential locations to validate their viability and potential.

Prospective entrepreneurs must provide a range of essential documentation for verification, including trading licenses, land agreements, tenancy agreements, spouse consent forms, and details regarding nominees and guarantors.

Prepare and finalize all required documentation essential for the disbursement of loans in accordance with established procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Gather all required documentation from individual clients and for loan disbursement purposes.

• Guarantee timely settlement of monthly installments through mobile money or bank transfer.

Develop and maintain accurate reports and strategic target plans, ensuring thorough documentation throughout the process.

Following the disbursement of funds, conduct on-site visits to borrowers to assess their status and ensure compliance with loan terms.

Conduct regular field visits to verify the accuracy and quality of disbursements.

Collaborate closely with Account Managers (AM’s) and legal counsel to facilitate the execution and completion of all necessary legal documentation for signing and commissioning.

Weekly and monthly requisitions for loan disbursement must be prepared and submitted.

Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds while maintaining rigorous standards for monthly collections to mitigate overdue balances.

Collect and submit information regarding the borrower’s or their dependents’ passing to insurers promptly and accurately.

• Follow-up with collecting written off loans and depositing to accounts

Consistently uphold the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and ensure all interactions with clients reflect professionalism and mutual respect.

• Strive to provide the best quality service to clients, at field and at the branch office

Demonstrate active listening by attentively addressing clients’ complaints, concerns, and opinions, then implement suitable solutions accordingly.

Compiles and delivers comprehensive progress reports in a timely and accurate manner for review by stakeholders, ensuring all relevant data and metrics are included and presented clearly.

• Foster a robust safeguarding culture at every level of the program through the enforcement and integration of the safeguarding policy.

Serve as a primary resource for counsel, direction, and specialized knowledge in safeguarding to foster a secure work environment.

To guarantee team members receive adequate training, support, and access to necessary resources, the incumbent is tasked with addressing and resolving safeguarding issues in strict compliance with established policies and procedures.

Adhere strictly to the safeguarding reporting protocol whenever a reportable incident occurs, and actively promote its use among colleagues to ensure consistent compliance.

Skilled in executing tasks with precision and efficiency, the ideal candidate must demonstrate proficient expertise in relevant areas. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies is a must, as is the capacity to adapt swiftly to evolving challenges. Candidates must possess a Senior High School Certificate, specifically WASSCE, as the least educational qualification.
