Job Summary

The Trade Developer is tasked with enhancing field-level sales performance and optimizing market coverage to elevate brand visibility, agent productivity, and the attainment of daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives within their designated territory.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across departments. Collaborate with senior management to align initiatives with company objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams, translating high-level goals into actionable tasks while maintaining clear communication channels. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Lead cross-functional projects, delegate responsibilities, and empower teams to achieve measurable results in alignment with corporate priorities.

• Location: Obuasi, Bekwei, Kejetia, Ejisu, Ayigya, Santasi, Buokrom & Atonsu

• Source and integrate new individual wallet customers into the platform.

• Spearhead wallet activation initiatives and facilitate customers in executing their initial transactions.

• Facilitate new hire integration initiatives in regional offices, university locations, transit centers, and local community gatherings.

Identify and bring on board individual merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

• Ensure merchants understand product features and benefits

Provide assistance to client-facing representatives in driving customer acquisition initiatives and executing promotional campaigns.

• Execute field marketing and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities.

Proficient in analyzing sales objectives and evaluating performance indicators to drive strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Proficiency in the mobile money ecosystem and digital payments is advantageous.
