Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions in heavy-duty vehicles, including Sitrak and How models, as well as earthmoving equipment such as Shanty bulldozers and loaders.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance, execute comprehensive engine overhauls, repair transmission systems, service brake assemblies, inspect and service suspension components, as well as perform steering system repairs.

Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and attachments as required.

Utilize diagnostic tools and reference service manuals to accurately diagnose problems and execute appropriate corrective measures.

Ensure meticulous documentation of all repair activities, including the specific parts utilized, and the total hours dedicated to labor.

All tasks must strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s requirements and established safety protocols to maintain compliance and operational integrity.

Responsibilities include overseeing the inventory of frequently utilized spare parts and providing recommendations regarding replenishment orders.

Candidates must possess the following essential competencies: proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are mandatory for this role. Familiarity with CRM systems and agile methodologies is highly desirable. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate leadership qualities and the capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar position is required.

A Technical/Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification serves as the foundational requirement for this role.

Professionals with a minimum of three to five years of practical expertise in operating and maintaining Chinese heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment—such as Shanty, Streak, How, or comparable brands—are required.

Proficiency in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems is essential.

Skilled in operating diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and conventional mechanic tools with proficiency.

Proficient in interpreting English-language technical diagrams and service manuals.

Physically capable, with the strength to manage heavy components, and comfortable working in both outdoor and workshop environments.
